All your recommendation ( reservations in restaurant, shows and rides for kids) and personalized attention and guide through the app made a huge difference in our trip . Taylor Shaw of Denville Travel was amazing from start to finish!!! We waited to last minute about 60 days out to book our Disney Vacation and Taylor helped us booked our magical vacation to Orlando. She was very knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of Disney. After we booked the vacation she immediately booked multiple dinner reservations that she knew would be easy for us to get to and that were top notch. She kept us very informed with many tips and tricks and kept in touch with us everyday we were on our vacation to answer any other questions we had. Irene was so incredibly helpful on our recent first trip to Disney.  I hadn't been in years and with all the changes I really had no idea what I was doing and she helped with every last detail and helped make our trip absolutely perfect!  From tickets, to reservations, to walking me through the app, answering my many questions, and also helping to get the perfect times for the meals/activities we wanted to do made the trip even more amazing. Irene M. is incredible at what she does. She helped our family through our first Disney experience which I had been very anxious about. The Disneyland app was new to me but Irene helped me while I was there on a moments notice. Her depth of knowledge and resourcefulness to find answers are unparalleled. We have a special needs child and Irene notified us of a very helpful option Disney offers. We would have never known about it without her thinking ahead.
Not only is Irene a fantastic Disney planner, she helped our group plan an Aruba trip! 3 families with unique needs.

We worked with Jennifer to plan our Disney vacation and it was such a great experience. She was so knowledgeable, on top of everything, gave us such great advice, and was so responsive with all my questions and requests! Taylor Shaw, at Denville Travel, took such wonderful care of our large family’s (18 of us) Disney World and Universal Studios spring break vacation. Since none of us have been there in over 20 years, we didn’t even know where to begin. But, TAYLOR SHAW did! I just put it ALL in her hands - that we wanted to go to 5 parks in 6 days and not all family members would be at the exact same parks the exact same days. She could feel my anxiety and told me not to worry, that she would walk me through every bit of it - and she did - from beginning to end! She made all the reservations for us, told me how to get the tickets, Magic bands, fast lane/express lane passes,  and even made reservations for us to have our special princess luncheon at Epcot. I didn’t have to worry about checking with park updates, etc, because Taylor was on it. Thank goodness for Taylor Shaw!  I really don't know how we could have coordinated getting our family of 18 people to Disney and Universal without her help. We are planning our first family trip to Disney with our two young children. We haven’t been in years and never as a family. It was overwhelming at first when I started planning but our travel agent Daniela H. has been phenomenal every step of the way! From helping me with suggestions from the start to answering my many questions to getting us all of the “hard to get” dining and experience reservations - I am so thankful for her assistance and expertise! My family and I recently visited Disney during the week of February 11th - 19th. My youngest daughter is in the band and they were able to march at the Magic Kingdom. That experience for her and the band was incredible. The band did not come down until Thursday of that week, but we decide to make a full week. To arrange all of this I asked our band director who he was working with. He gave me Jaime Malin contact info and I began to work with her to plan our extra days. Jaime was nothing short of phenomenal. I could contact her at anytime, through text or a phone call, and she always answered and was to help and serve at a moments notice. She helped me book rooms at two different resorts and it was smooth. Both times checking in was seamless and no issues arose. She help plan some of our days and was so helpful at every turn. I cannot say enough that working with Jaime on this trip was wonderful. She contacted me on the trip to see how things were going and if she could do anything to help. Lisa was amazing!!! My now husband and I haven’t went to Disney in over 12 years and wanted the most magical Disney honeymoon!! Lisa made sure we had it ALL!! Made us reservations for all of the best restaurants, and really helped us know and feel the magic of Disney!
