I needed advice on how best to approach a Disney vacation and was not sure which way to turn. I have to preface this review with the fact that I have known Chelle Ham, our Denville travel agent, personally, for close to thirty years. I reached out to Chelle remembering how much she loves Disney and given my inexperience, thought she would be the best person to help. Our trip was a family reunion in October of this year and I started talking to Chelle a year prior. The amount of information she has is astounding. Disney can be overwhelming but she consistently answered all of our questions, searched for the best deals and recommended several scenarios and plans based on the individual age groups of our family. Instead of pushing an agenda, she catered to our family interests and asked what we were interested in experiencing. Her response time was excellent during the entire process and she made sure to touch base regularly and had a final meeting with our family just a few weeks prior to our departure. Chelle was also realistic, mentioning the pros and cons of each park and potential resort and did not shy away from expense but also mentioned value for the money spent. She booked our park days, helped us navigate the Disney app/Magic Bands/Lighting Lanes/Virtual Ques/food/transportation and managed to get reservations to two great restaurants for a group of 14. She also did not disappear when we were on our trip and stayed in touch with us during our stay to ensure that all was going well. I would like to think that Chelle gave this level of customer service because of how long I have known her. Being honest, I think she provides this level of customer service to anyone she is fortunate enough to work with. Disney can be expensive but it is a great value for the money spent. Taylor Shaw of Denville Travel was amazing from start to finish!!! We waited to last minute about 60 days out to book our Disney Vacation and Taylor helped us booked our magical vacation to Orlando. She was very knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of Disney. After we booked the vacation she immediately booked multiple dinner reservations that she knew would be easy for us to get to and that were top notch. She kept us very informed with many tips and tricks and kept in touch with us everyday we were on our vacation to answer any other questions we had. Irene was so incredibly helpful on our recent first trip to Disney.
